Our Process

Educates Business uses a three-step framework of Teach, Develop, and Implement to support educators, families, and organizations in building skills, solving problems collaboratively, and addressing challenging behavior. Here's a general breakdown of what each phase involves based on typical organizational practices aligned with Educates' mission:

  • This phase focuses on building foundational knowledge and awareness around collaborative approaches to behavior and problem-solving, especially using models like.

  • In this stage, the focus shifts from learning to application and practice. Teams and individuals are supported in developing the skills and tools needed to implement the strategies they learned.

  • This is the action-oriented phase where systems and individuals begin to integrate the strategies into everyday practice.
